Scam Report
On February 10, 2026, I deposited 10 USDT via ERC20 network to Odix Pay to fund my payment card. I provided all required details, including my email, transaction ID, and followed all instructions regarding supported networks and currencies.
Despite completing all steps correctly, my transaction has not been processed, and I did not receive effective support from Odix Pay’s customer service. The conversation with their support team (copied below) demonstrates that my repeated requests for assistance were not resolved, and responses were delayed or incomplete.
Summary of conversation:
• I submitted all required information to Odix Pay support.
• Confirmed that the payment was USDT as instructed.
• Requested verification multiple times without proper follow-up.
• Was informed that the support team was outside business hours, despite contacting them during official hours.
